I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.

The client has the right to use the pictures for non-commercial purposes (for printing, if any, print small quantities for printed shirts, blankets, artprints, postcards, stickers... for personal/public use only). give to friends). You can repost the artwork wherever you would like, as long as proper credit is given.

The artist maintains ownership of the artwork for my own personal and commercial use, and the right to display it in my portfolio and socials.

Artwork by me may never be used for AI technology. It may not be used to train, advertise, endorse, or otherwise benefit AI technology in any capacity.

The fee for this type of commission is +60% on top of the starting rate.

You have to pay 50% before the sketch and 50% after the color sketch.

If the commission is canceled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.

If the client or I cancel the commission during process, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion:

Please provide a detailed summary of your ideas/ images/ references (if any)/ moodboard (if any)/ other requirements... Especially with commission illustrations, please let me know the basic information of the character. , if there is a backstory, plot, lore the better

You will receive 2 sketch options (white-black). If the previous two ideas still do not satisfy you, I will continue to make another free sketch option.

During the color sketch process, you can ask for free changes five times max.

No free changes will be made after the color sketch is checked. I will charge an extra about $8 for each change.

You will receive the picture (PNG/JPEG/TIFF file) in full resolution (the actual size I drew) via email. In case you need to buy the working file (PSD), I will charge an additional price.

Estimated date to completion. If there are any delays in completing the commission, I will personally notify the customer.

My advantageous topics will often revolve around people or small contexts, including many details and props to tell the story. I'm usually quite good at drawing moods from mid to dark, sad, emotional or with a bit of fantasy, spirituality... so you can consider choosing the story accordingly.

I always put painting quality at the best level, so during the rendering process I may have new and better ideas about minor and small details and I will discuss them with you first. If you also accept this change of course it will be completely free.
